Is this suitable for oily skin?

Yes. The formula is lightweight and water-based, not heavy or greasy. Squalane and rosehip seed oil are both non-comedogenic and absorb quickly. Hydration is essential for every skin type — including oily skin, which is often dehydrated even when it looks shiny.

What's the difference between this and just using a moisturizer?

A moisturizer primarily seals moisture in. This serum actively draws moisture into the skin using multiple humectants at different molecular weights, then reinforces the barrier with sphingolipids and phospholipids so that moisture stays there. Using both together — serum then moisturizer — delivers significantly better hydration than either alone.

Is this suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes — the formula is free from synthetic fragrance and built around gentle, skin-compatible ingredients. Allantoin, aloe, and sphingolipids are all well-tolerated by sensitive skin. The light geranium scent comes from natural flower oil, but if you're reactive to essential oils patch test first.

Can I use this around my eyes?
