1) SmartPost (Ground):
Free shipping is offered via SmartPost (Ground) on all domestic orders that are placed on our website—no special exceptions or minimum order sizes. Orders shipped via SmartPost will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Final delivery will be completed by the U.S. Postal Service®.

2) FedEx Home Delivery:
FedEx Home Delivery is offered for $10.00 on all orders placed on our website — no special exceptions or minimum order sizes. Orders shipped via FedEx Home Delivery will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

3) 2-Day Express:
2-Day Express is offered for $15 on all orders placed on our website — no special exceptions or minimum order sizes. Orders shipped via 2-Day Express will be delivered within 2 business days. 2-Day Express service is not available for PO Box locations and is only valid for the 48 contiguous states.

Yes, all orders purchased directly from MyChelle can be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO, FPO or DPO address via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Yes, all orders purchased directly from MyChelle can be shipped to Hawaii and Alaska via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

How much will my order cost to ship?
We offer FREE standard FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipping on all orders purchased directly from MyChelle. For 2-day express shipping, additional charges may apply.

When will my order arrive?
The delivery date of your order will depend on the shipping method you selected at checkout: Orders shipped via SmartPost will arrive within 7-10 business days. Orders shipped via FedEx Home Delivery will arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via 2-Day Express will arrive with 2 business days. Please note, orders only ship during regular business days and hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the order’s tracking number.

How do I return your products?
If you purchased from a retailer other than MyChelle, please contact the location you purchased the product from for their return policy.

If you purchased your order directly from MyChelle, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds are issued for items returned within sixty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. To receive a prepaid shipping label, contact our customer service department at 1-800-447-2076. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
