Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders $29 and over. There is a flat $4.95 shipping fee for orders below $29.
*HOLIDAY NOTE* During the busy shopping holidays of Black Friday and Cyber Monday please allow additional time for your order to arrive. We estimate about 7-10 business days. Please check your email confirmations for more information including tracking for your order.
**NON-HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFO** We normally ship Monday – Friday and once received, your order will ship within 48 hours and will via USPS. USPS quotes 2-4 business days for most deliveries within the contiguous 48 states however recently there has been delays which are beyond our control. If you need your package within a specific time frame we do offer expedited shipping for an additional cost.
Yes, you can choose 2-Day Express at checkout for a flat $15 shipping charge for deliveries within the contiguous 48 states. There is no minimum. Orders that include Sun Shield Clear Spray SPF 30 cannot ship 2-Day Express. 2-Day Express service is not available to PO Box address deliveries.
Don’t worry if you don’t see your GWP on your order confirmation email. Since this is a free gift you will not see it as a line item. You can rest assured you will receive it with your order!

Yes, all orders purchased directly from MyChelle can be shipped to a P.O. Box, APO, FPO or DPO address via USPS.

MyCHELLE has always been committed to providing effective skin care that is safe to both the consumer and the environment. That's why we've been consciously creating all natural, non-GMO products since our inception in 2000. MyCHELLE undergoes an extensive search into every ingredient's origin to ensure that it does not come from GMO crops.
All MyCHELLE Dermaceuticals products are verified gluten-free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO). Each has been independently tested by a third-party laboratory and confirmed to have gluten levels that do not exceed 5 ppm. These testing documents are available upon request.
Crude wheat germ oil goes through a number of refinements that clean, purify, and standardize the oil for the specifications required. During this process all gluten is removed resulting in an end product that, despite its source, is gluten-free.
All of our products are vegetarian, and the majority of our products are vegan. We have an easy to locate vegan or vegetarian icon on each product detail page.
We use organic and/or USDA certified organic ingredients when they are available and best suited for a product.
There are some ingredients for which there are no suitable natural alternatives. We choose the safest, most natural version of all ingredients.
MyCHELLE has never, and will never, conduct animal testing.
In addition MyCHELLE products do not contain any ingredients obtained harmfully to animals.
Yes, MyCHELLE uses eco-friendly materials for our product containers. We use glass, plastic, and post-consumer cardboard for our different packaging needs. All resins used in our line are FDA grade. MyCHELLE containers are in the #2 and #7 category and are accepted at recycling centers. We don't use any plastics that contain Bisphenol A, or any other ingredients known to be a hormone disruptor, nor do we use any materials known to have links to carcinogens.
When using natural ingredients, there can be a variance and non-uniformity of color. This is a direct result of weather conditions and the time of season when ingredients are harvested.
Although the color in some products may vary in appearance, please be assured that the performance of the product is not altered in any way.
100% YES! From the production of our first product, MyCHELLE has always, and will continue to always be, transparent in what we use in each one of our formulations.
It's hard to believe, but beauty companies are not required to fully disclose all of the ingredients they use. Per the FDA, “It is the manufacturer's and/or distributor's responsibility to ensure that products are labeled properly.”
Of course, this is not okay with us. We believe everyone deserves the right to know exactly what he or she is putting on their skin so they can make an informed purchasing decision.

The skin can be extra sensitive so avoid using any additional retinoid ingredients that could cause further sensitivity.
Our unscented products do not contain any additional essential oils to change the product's naturally occurring aroma.
Yes. There are no plastic derivatives in any of our formulas. The particles in our Fruit Enzyme Scrub contain refined Bamboo Stem Powder and Jojoba Beads.
Aluminum Silicate comes from Magnesium. Magnesium is a mineral that is essential in many cell reactions and bodily functions.
Alumina comes from the mineral Titanium. There is a very small percentage in each formula, and it acts as an absorbent agent.
Simethicone comes from the mineral Titanium. The trace amount acts as an anti-foaming agent.
In 2008 a highly respected
study revealed that the 4 below ingredients commonly used in SPFs are dangerous to fragile coral reefs. MyCHELLE does not use ANY of these in our sunscreens. They include:

We use L-Ascorbic acid, the only form of vitamin C our body utilizes and recognizes. This potent antioxidant is the most active, natural form of Vitamin C and can help support skin elasticity and help to prevent discoloration, including age spots.
Yes! Our Vitamin C is stable and formulated to guard against oxidation not only on the skin but also in the bottle. Our L-Ascorbic acid has a natural origin (sugar) that is refined through various processes in the lab.
There are no actual standards or testing required or advised by the FDA for these claims, so we do not use them.
Hypoallergenic means only that the manufacturer declares that the product is less likely to cause an allergic reaction. This is also the case in the statements ‘Allergy Tested' and ‘Sensitivity Tested'. Despite all the reassurances and claims that a company may give regarding their products in terms of allergy reactivity, nothing is 100% guaranteed to be non-reactive. It is for this reason that we provide a completely transparent ingredient deck for our customers to review.

Always consult with your physician on ingredients and products you use while pregnant. As a general rule avoid using Vitamin A and Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) like Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid,

The Denatured Alcohol we use in our products is not related to the skin-irritating forms of Alcohol. We use less than a .01% weight of denatured alcohol in each formula. It is produced from organic grain and denatured with lavender, chamomile, and grain.
Denatured Alcohol acts as a solvent for the botanical and active ingredients.
Witch Hazel is obtained naturally from dried or fresh leaves, bark, and/or the roots of the Hamamelis Virginiana plant. The primary active ingredient in Witch Hazel is the tannins, which have astringent properties to help tighten and constrict blood vessels and restore vessel and skin tone.
Sodium Benzoate helps inhibit the formation of yeasts and molds in products. It is a preservative derived naturally from cranberries, prunes, cinnamon, and apples, and is a safer alternative to parabens and other preservatives that release formaldehyde (e.g. quanternium-15).
Vitamin E or Tocopherol comes from mixed vegetable sources such as coconut or palm depending on the specific source readily available.
Our palm oil comes from sustainably harvested palm farms in Malaysia, the Philippines, or Germany.
