How do I apply this correctly?

Use your ring finger — it applies the least pressure, which is important for the delicate eye area. Tap gently around the orbital bone starting from the inner corner and working outward. Never rub or drag the skin. A little goes a long way — about a grain of rice per eye.

How long until I see results?

Can I wear this under makeup?
