Pineapple Bromelain Enzyme and five natural AHAs — Bilberry, Sugar Cane, Orange, Lemon, and Sugar Maple — gently dissolve dead skin cells and resurface uneven texture, revealing visibly smoother, brighter skin.

Plant-derived cleansers (Lauryl Glucoside and Decyl Glucoside) lift away impurities without disrupting the skin barrier, while Gluconolactone — a next-generation PHA — delivers effective exfoliation gentle enough for sensitive skin, leaving skin deeply clean without stripping.

Turmeric Root Extract and Witch Hazel calm redness and minimize the look of pores, while Fructooligosaccharides nourish the skin's microbiome to strengthen barrier function and support calm, balanced, healthy-looking skin.

Wet face and dispense a small amount over face, neck and décolleté.

Is this cleanser safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. The formula uses gluconolactone, a polyhydroxy acid (PHA) that exfoliates more gently than traditional AHAs, making it suitable for sensitive and reactive skin types. The cleansing agents are plant-derived and free from sulfates.

Can I use this every day?

Yes — it's formulated for daily use, morning and evening. If you're new to enzyme or AHA cleansers, start with once daily and build up.

Does this cleanser actually exfoliate, or is that just marketing?

It genuinely exfoliates. Pineapple bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme that breaks down the protein bonds holding dead skin cells to the surface. The AHAs from bilberry, sugar cane, orange, lemon, and sugar maple further assist in cell turnover. These are active, functional ingredients — not decorative ones.

Can I use this with my retinol or vitamin C serum?

Yes, but layer thoughtfully. Use the Fruit Enzyme Cleanser first as your cleansing step, then follow with your actives. Because it contains AHAs and a PHA, avoid pairing it with high-strength retinol on the same night if your skin is sensitive — on those nights, give your skin a break and use the cleanser on its own. Most users have no issue using it daily alongside vitamin C.

Can I use this around my eyes?

We recommend avoiding the eye area. The fruit enzymes and AHAs are active ingredients that can be too stimulating for the delicate skin around the eyes. Keep the lather to your face and neck, and rinse thoroughly to avoid any contact.
