Six Faces of MyChelle Contest

MyChelle Dermaceuticals is committed to offering superior skin care products that are effective, natural, organic and non-toxic, and still deliver exceptional results. MyChelle isn’t just a brand; it is a way of living, a lifestyle. We believe you can have beautiful skin at any age. We are currently seeking naturally stunning and amazing women to become a MyChelle ambassador. Whether you are 15 or 60, we want to hear from you about your natural lifestyle and your skin care failures and successes. During this contest, we will seek out remarkable women from different age groups to be a MyChelle Ambassador and Spokeswoman.

Six winners will be identified, one for each age group (teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s). Please see our full rules and privacy policy. We have dedicated a blog to hosting this contest, and will be utilizing Facebook and YouTube for the final judging. Those URLs are:

To Enter:

1. Download and complete the questionnaire: PDF format  |  MS Word format
2. Include a minimum of 4 photos with your submission
3. We welcome videos! You can submit these as an original raw file or a link to a video hosting website such as YouTube
4. Email your submission with completed questionnaire, photos and video to 6faces@mychelleusa.com
5. Entries may also be mailed to MyChelle Dermaceuticals, PO Box 2235, Los Lunas NM 87031
