Love Letters
I am an active 36 year old with sun "kissed" skin. I had the great opportunity to talk with one of your estheticians in Whole Foods Market and you recommended that I use the Apple Brightening Serum and Sensitive Skin Pumpkin Renew Cream. I have used these for a little over a week and am totally thrilled with the results! As we spoke, I have successfully used the White Cranberry Cleanser for 3-4+ years. Due to my extreme sensitive skin I had been using a competitor product, but no longer - I want to say the benefits and agreeability of the new MyChelle products with my skin are out of sight!

My name is Jillian, and I would like to share with you my experience with my personal MyChelle esthetician. First off, I will give you a little info about me. I am 46 and am a yacht captain. I have been working on the deck of a boat for 22 years now, and as you may guess, my skin has taken a bit of a beating. I started really taking care of my skin about 10 years ago, and have done a great deal of research on products, and the science behind the ingredients. I wanted to find something that was all natural, but still effective enough where I can see results.
I filled out your survey a while back and received a complimentary consult with Catie Wiggy. She called, and once I described my skin characteristics, she gave me a very detailed regimen that I could follow, with a few variations that I could rotate for different desired results. She was very patient, and took her time explaining everything. She was very thorough, and knew all of the products extremely well. I already had a good idea of what I thought was best, but she really helped me pick the right things for me, and made sure that I was layering the serums properly, etc.
I have tried so many regimens, but I am here to stay. My family think that I may as well come and work for you, and they all me a "MyChelle missionary". (I have given them all product gift baskets for their birthdays). So you see I am a convert, and Catie was a big part of that. I think it is a really great service, and really helps people that don't know what they need, and even helps tweak things for those of us who thought that we knew!

I got some free sample of your oily skin care regimen and my skin feels AMAZING! Normally when I try new products my skin blows up (redness, painful bumps and crazy acne) for several days while it's trying to get used to the product. It didn't happen this time!

I recently attended an event you hosted at Healthy Home Market. Thank you for understanding my frustration with my attempts at trying to heal my skin and adult acne.
