MyChelle Dermaceuticals provides a full refund on all products returned within 30 days of purchase. We only accept returns for items purchased directly through MyChelle Dermaceuticals (phone or online). If you purchased a MyChelle item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
Currently, we offer shipping throughout the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. The delivery time for shipping outside of the continental US may vary.
